Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase.

Certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (food, plants, flowers). We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. We will always meet our requirements under the Consumers Guarantees Act.

ORDER AMENDMENTS & ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You can make a change to your order within a reasonable time frame before delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order.

If you wish to cancel your order immediately after placing it, we can offer a full refund – please call our friendly staff ASAP. However, if your bouquet has been made and/or it is out for delivery, we are unable to offer a refund.

DAMAGES 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Because of the nature of flowers and plants please take a photo of the damages on arrival.
